Is your league going to play an end-of-season tournament between different leagues? Is the combination of leagues different than your regular season (i.e. maybe its a city tournament, or maybe you are inviting another league to join the tournament?) If so, then these are special games and need to be registered with Little League in order to make sure you have insurance coverage (and for the games to count towards each player’s game counts).
Registering the tournament is completely online and easy to do, and only the lead league (the league organizing the tournament) needs to do the paperwork.
First, you need to log in to the data center by going to the Little League Data Center.
Next, you need to go Manage Forms.
Now you need to go to the Special Games Forms
If you have any forms already created, you will see them here. If this is your first form, you will need to select Start a new Special Games form:
Now you can enter all the information about your league and the leagues you will be playing with. You will need to fill out a new form for each combination of leagues. For example, if Bellevue National and Bellevue West are playing a tournament at Majors and AAA, then they can create one form for that. If Bellevue National, Bellevue West, and Mercer Island are playing a tournament at the coast level, then this will be a separate form
Once you complete the form (and any other forms for other combinations), these will get sent to the District Administrator for approval.
